THE INTERNATIONAL YOUTH COMMITTEE OF IFBDO
REPORT OF ACTIVITIES
2006-2007
The IYC Representatives had meetings in Rome and Carthage to discuss the changes in its Rules of Procedures and other subjects. The proposal of our Rules of Procedure was followed (in English, Spanish and French) to the Executive Council of IFBDO. It is presented in its final version in English, French and Spanish to the General Assembly’s final approval.
The 6th Youth Forum happened in Carthage, Tunisia from 17st to 20th of August, 2006, with 53 participants from 13 Country Delegations: Brazil, Burkina Faso, Denmark, Estonia, France, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Kosova, Lithuania, Maroc, Romania and Tunisia. The sum up of the discussions can be seen in the document attached - Forum Report. The details of each activity are in specific reports already in the IFBDO website.
The 7th Youth Forum will happen in Greece, from 23rd to 26th 2007, with the collaboration and hospitality of our Greek Friends.
All the information about it and the inscription formula will soon be in the IFBDO website.
We also hope you will send your young participants to the event, especially the young representative you wish to have in the IYC.
The IYC has divided some projects into its members and the results of them will be discussed and presented in the next Youth Forum. The projects are:

· IYC Circle of donation
· Guide - How to create national organizations
· Questionnaire
· Creation and Use of materials
· World Blood Donor day
We are hoping to have more support and participants from the different IFBDO Members and Observers. There is a lot of activities to be done and few active participants.
