Rules about getting money from the Foundation
It is important that we know as many things about the proposed project as possible. It is not possible to give money, if it is obvious that the applicant has not been reflecting enough on the project.
The Foundation can as a maximum co-finance projects for up to 50 percent of the total expenses.
The duty of making a budget and hand in an overview of the accounts after the project
If you can hand in a detailed budget it makes us more confident that you have been planning this event well enough.
You also have to send a detailed overview of the account afterwards, and if you have not spent all the money, you have to send them back to the Foundation.
Your application for funding must be sent at least 3 months before the planned start of the project.
