Hopefully, you have all received my letter concerning the upcoming General Assembly and the 17th Congres of the
IFBDO.
A detailed program, hotel reservation formula, accreditation formula and inscription formula for the congress program
will be forwarded directly to you by our hosts from Québec.
Please note, that you should arrive on Wednesday, 22 May, in the evening. Your hotel room will be offered to you
for a price of extra 105 Canadian dollars.
Please return the "inscription formula" as soon as possible to our Canadian friends.
I suggest, that we meet for an informal dinner Wednesday night, at 20.00 (8 P.M.) at the hotel, and that we work
all day Thursday. In order to follow up on our decisions in Nabeul and in Léon, the Proposed Agenda could
